I just finished wall mounting my HP TouchSmart IQ800 series, and wanted to write it up to help others who are interested in doing this. There is another great post about this with pictures here, so hopefully looking at both will give you a good solid understanding of the process. The other poster mounted with a swivel arm mount, but I used the fixed mount that you can purchase directly from the HP...
